Shipping/Delivery

Please note the following:

regular delivery is within Whistler (Function Junction to Emerald Estates) and is a flat rate of $10.00.
regular delivery is considered next-day or later.
delivery is available to Pemberton ($25.00) or Squamish ($30.00) and will be confirmed by email communication once the order is received. Unfortunately we are not usually able to offer a rush service to these locations.
unless previously organized/agreed to, we do not have 'same day' deliveries, Sundays or holidays.
we will make every effort to deliver the basket for the date requested. If the recipient is not available to receive the basket on the first attempt there will be a re-delivery charge of $10.00 added to each subsequent attempt.
deliveries to Pemberton/Squamish might be within one day of the 'requested day'. Please let us know if there are any special instructions for delivery.

Please ensure that the correct contact details and a local phone number or North American cell phone number have been provided for confirming residential deliveries so that we can ensure they get their basket on time.
